Owen Doherty, Neighbor

Owen is a meteorologist, currently a Ph.D. Candidate at Stony Brook University.  Owen holds a masters in Marine and Atmospheric Science from Stony Brook University and a Bachelors of Science in Earth and Atmospheric Science from Cornell University.  Owen grew up with views of the Hudson River from his living room, where he learned to love the weather and environment.
