I love my job! I am a licensed massage therapist, currently working out of Croton-on-Hudson, and Buchanan.  I have spent the last 15 years studying, and practicing as a massage and health professional.  I have taken advanced training in Myofascial Release technique, Trigger Point therapy, Pregnancy & Infant massage, Medical massage, and Deep Tissue. I am currently studying Reiki, and my clients love when I incorporate it into their sessions. 

Its a wonderful feeling when someone walks into your treatment room full of stress, tension, and pain--and leaves your treatment room relaxed, rejuvenated, and pain free!

Some of my other hobbies include cooking, gardening, and yoga.  

The reason I wanted to do this blog other than that I love talking about massage and health, is to inspire others to live a life that can be less stressful.  Massage is just one of the many things we all can do to reward ourselves in a healthy way, and reduce stress.  I hope you enjoy reading my blog, as much as I enjoy writing it :)
