Boaters: Dreaming of Spring? Add This To Your Calendar

Westerly Marina in Ossining will be the scene of the 2014 Hudson Valley Marine Trades Association boat show next month, according to Boating on the Hudson.

Westerly has been owned and run by the DeMarchis family for more than 54 years. Hit hard by Superstorm Sandy, it's been renovated and expanded.

John H. Vargo, publisher of Boating on the Hudson, says new Encore Pontoon boats, Yamaha Jet Boats and Waverunners, Lund fishing boats, Chaparral boats, Stingray Boats and other new and used boats are just a few that will be displayed in the water and on land.

"Speaking of the land displays there will be a large tent adjacent to the Westerly showroom that will include this magazine, Precision Propeller, Sea Tow and many other businesses representative of the Hudson Valley Area," Vargo said in a press release.
