Bad Forecast Cancels Saturday's Ossining Farmers Market

With more snow expected and unbearable cold continuing, the Ossining Farmers Market will not run this Saturday. 

Here's the note from Down To Earth Markets:

Dear Loyal Customers of Ossining's Winter Down to Earth Farmers Market 

Due to the adverse weather forecast, the market planned for 
Saturday, January 25th is cancelled.  

Following this week's cancellation, please find us in our usual spot
at corner of Spring and Main Streets in downtown Ossining. 
We look forward to being back with you next Saturday, February 1st!

The market is open on Saturdays, 9:00 am-1:00 pm

Now in its 23rd year, the Ossining market brings together local farmers and food makers. They offer seasonal produce, pasture-raised meats and poultry, fresh fish, pickles, breads, baked goods, cheeses, locally-roasted coffee and nuts, eggs, and more.
