Ossining's Stephen Espinosa-Hunter and Croton-Harmon's Ian Thom both made the first cut for the Section 1 team that is competing in the second annual BCANY Summer Hoops Festival on August 3-5 at Johnson City High School, which is just outside of Binghamton, according to MSG Varsity.
