OHS Grad's Continued Success

2012 Ossining High graduate Evan Olin has received a new prestigious award.

It's proof that there is no limit as to how far Ossining High grads can go. Evan Olin, who was last year's OHS valedictorian, has been named to USA Swimming's 2011-2012 Scholastic All-America Team.

The Scholastic All-America Team designation shines a light on USA Swimming members who are high achievers when it comes to their athletic accomplishments in the pools as well as their academic achievements.

Scholastic All-America Team members have grade point averages of 3.5 or above. They must be at least sophomores and a USA Swimming member.

The Ossining Union Free School Districts says that Olin has consistently been recognized for his athletic and academic achievements at OHS. And you may remember that Olin was one of four students recognized as semifinalists in the prestigious Intel Science Talent Search.
