Greetings from Maryknoll Lay Missioners
Maryknoll Lay Missioners was initiated in 1975 out of a vision and as part of the history of Maryknoll Fathers, Brothers and Sisters.
MKLM grew out of the Maryknoll movement and since 1975 has worked alongside Maryknoll Sisters, Fathers and Brothers to respond to the worldwide cry of people in need. In 1994, MKLM was established as an independent, non-profit organization with church recognition, separate leadership and governance and a close working relationship with both the Sisters, the Fathers and Brothers. Our missioners benefit from Maryknoll's long history and experience of serving the poor and working for justice in the world.
