A dominatrix with the fitting name Gina Pane is now able to move ahead with a lawsuit against the Town of Greenburgh—according to News 12 Westchester. The 31-year-old's case was tied up until a federal judge ruled that it could move ahead.
Pane claims that a Greenburgh officer pleasured himself while making her defecate next to him in the woods. The incident supposedly happened one day after Pane was arrested on pot charges outside of the Greenburgh movie theater. Now Pane is suing the Town of Greenburgh in connection with the 2006 incident.
The cop named in the incident, Officer Erik Ward, has continually denied the claims. However, he was let go by the town after an investigation.
