Some follow-up questions for Supervisor Donnelly: (1) Does she expect projected revenues for 2012 to fall short of 2012 budget projections made by Supervisor Borgia? (2) Are the 2011 contractual charges for county police on target with expectations or over-budget, and how much? (3) What is the most recent estimate to repair flooding situation at Cedar Lane/Briarcliff Woods -- and how much of that cost is being assumed by the Village of Ossining vs. town-wide Ossining -- and will the town-wide portion be bonded or paid from operating expense--? (4) Regarding court consolidation, is the case load larger than was budgeted 2012, and does she anticipate an immediate increase to staff (or support) in 2012? Thank you.
