County Backyard Compost Bin & Rain Barrel Sale
As a member of the county's Environment and Energy committee, I am always looking for ways to increase my own sustainability and for helpful tips for my constituents.
The Westchester County Department of Environmental Facilities does many things to encourage recycling – including promoting composting. Do you already compost or are you looking to begin? Then get yourself a compost bin.
Groundwork Hudson Valley and Southern Westchester Energy Action Consortium are sponsoring a compost bin and rain barrel sale at various dates and places. Products must be pre-ordered.
