Mark See, 31, faces charges of driving while intoxicated, failure to submit to a screening test and speeding in connection with an incident at 4 a.m. Feb. 1.
Officers on patrol saw a vehicle speeding at 60 miles an hour on North Highland Avenue. When they stopped the car and spoke to the driver, he had a strong odor of alcohol on his breath and had a hard time listening to the officers' requests, police said.
The Hillcrest Avenue resident is due Feb. 5 in Ossining Court.
