Snow Problems Took Cops Twice to Minkel Road

Monday, Feb. 10 – 5:14 a.m. –

Westchester County Police were on Minkel Road twice in early February for problems linked to snowstorms. 

On Feb. 10, summonses were issued to two vehicles parked overnight on Minkel 
Road in violation of the town’s seasonal parking ordinance.

OnFeb. 13 at 2:14 p.m.,  Westchester County police responded to Minkel Road on a report that several vehicles were blocking the roadway and preventing snow plows from getting through.

One of the vehicle owners was refusing to move the car for DPW crews, but did so after an officer’s arrival, police said.
