Search Continues for Missing Ossining Man

The mother of a missing Ossining man blames the driver of the boat he was on for not paying attention, according to a report.

It's day seven in the search for missing Ossining resident Bryan Johnson. As friends and family members look for answers, Bryan's mother is blaming the driver of the boat he was on for not paying attention, according to a report on lohud.

The 26-year-old Ossining man went missing on Wednesday. He was in the water near City Island when the boat he had been riding in left him. Johnson was on the boat with a group of nine friends and acquaintances.

Johnson's mother, Sheila Lilley, says she thinks that her son might have fallen into the water, or he was pushed, when the boat he was riding in quickly pulled away, according to a report on lohud.

The 26-year-old had his sights set on going to college to study hotel management. He was working as a manager at the DoubleTree Hotel in Tarrytown.

My heart goes out to this family. Trying to put the peices of this tragedy together is difficult as the others on this boat seemingly were intoxicated. I wonder if any breath tests were taken from these passengers and the driver of the boat. I have heard that no one seemed to find Bryan's sneakers on the boat. Seems to me, that does not make sense. I sincerely doubt he jumped in for a swim with his sneakers on. Hmmm?
