A 43-year-old Ossining man has been charged with driving while intoxicated and refusal to take a breath test after colliding with a fence, according to Ossining Police.
Authorities found Darryl Morris on Lincoln Avenue at about 2 a.m. Sunday morning. Morris' 1996 Toyota Camry had hit a fence, and Morris was attempting to restart the car, police said.
The right front tire of the vehicle was missing, and Morris "appeared to be highly intoxicated," according to police.
