Police Blotter: Ossining Village

Here are three of the incidents to which village police responded last week.

A Terrace Avenue resident, 41, was charged May 1 with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

A 14-year-old Ossining resident who police said took $19 worth of items from the CVS on Rockledge Avenue on April 29 was taken into custody and then released to a parent for follow-up by Westchester County.

Ossining residents Louis B. Bentley, 43, and Eddie Bentley, 29, were arrested in the BP gas station parking lot at 5:07 p.m. April 28. Police responding to a report of a disturbance said the brothers, who apparently refused to pay a taxi driver, appeared to be under the influence of PCP. After investigation they were found to have PCP and were charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
