Parking at the Station; Drunk at the Game; Power Dug Up
Here are three incidents to which Croton police responded last week.
Feb. 1: 7:43 p.m. During a basketball game, Croton-Harmon High School requested assistance with an intoxicated teen. Brought to police headquarters, the 16-year-old threw up in the lobby. Croton EMS was called and he was transported to Phelps Memorial Hospital Center. His mother was advised of the disorderly conduct charge.
Jan. 31: 2:16 p.m.—A caller reported she and several neighbors had lost power. Police found a contractor digging with an excavator who had struck an underground power line. Con Ed was notified.
Jan. 31: 10:13 a.m.—A caller reported a man parked his car in the Department of Public Works lot and walked to the train station. He did not have permission to use the DPW lot. A summons was issued for parking in a restricted area.
