A Cleveland Drive resident told Croton-on-Hudson police that he heard two men outside early in the morning saying "how are we are going to get out" before they drove off in a vehicle.
Police found nothing suspicious upon their arrival on Dec. 30 around 4 a.m.
The resident had no further description of the car or the men uttering the odd question.
