Ossining Woman Injured in Domestic Dispute
A Spring Street resident is due in Ossining Court today to answer an assault charge.
Ricky Towns, 55, of Spring Street, is due in Ossining Court March 19 to answer a charge of third degree assault.
Ossining village police responded to a call about a dispute at 1:05 a.m. March 17 and found a woman bleeding from her nose and mouth on Spring Street.
The woman, a 54-year-old Ossining resident, was taken by the Ossining Volunteer Ambulance Corps to Phelps Memorial Hospital Center to be treated for a broken nose.
