Ossining's Finest Make DWI Arrest
The Village of Ossining Police Department has arrested a 23-year-old man for driving while intoxicated early this morning.
The following is a news release from the Ossining Police Dept:
Ossining Police were called to investigate a one-car accident at about 2:15 AM on Pleasantville Road in Ossining on this date. The responding police officer discovered a vehicle off the roadway with front end damage and a split utility pole. The operator of the vehicle was walking south along the roadway. The officer observed the man appeared to be intoxicated and identified himself as Nehemias Perez, age 23, of Ossining. Mr. Perez was treated for medical injuries and charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Con-Edison responded to service the utility pole.
