Unlicensed Drivers: Ossining Village Police Blotter

Three people were charged with misdemeanors in three separate incidents.

Feb. 22: Manuel Fernanda Orellana-Leon of Ossining faces a charge of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Police stopped the car he was driving on Ellis Place at 5:10 p.m. and found his license had been suspended.

Feb. 27: Michael Eimicke, 30, of Pleasantville, was stopped on South Highland Avenue at Church Street at 7:55 p.m. He was issued an appearance ticket for aggravated unlicensed operation.

Feb. 28: Juan M. Zuniga Orelina, 37, of Ossining, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to stop at a stop sign, a traffic violation, on Snowden Avenue at 5:05 p.m.
