Two men were arrested for allegedly driving with drugs on the Sprain Brook Parkway, New York Police reported.
Officers stopped a vehicle driving 79 mph in a 55 mph speed zone and driving over hazard markings at approximately 4 a.m. on Sunday, according to a press release.
The driver, a 28-year-old Ossining man, Bienvenido Caridi, was arrested and charged with Driving While Impaired by Drugs and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree.
A passenger, a 38-year-old Hawthorne resident, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
Both men were given appearance tickets for December 3 in Yonkers Court.
