A 20-year-old Ossining man is facing an attempted assault charge in Yorktown for slapping and pushing a woman, Yorktown police said.
Nathanael Cole was arrested on Nov. 21 and charged with third-degree attempted assault, a misdemeanor.
Police began the investigation when they received a report that a man was chasing and assaulting a female on East Main Street in Mohegan Lake. Police allege the man slapped and pushed a woman several times causing her minor injuries.
Cole was released $350 cash bail. He was scheduled to appear in Yorktown Town Court on December 11.
