Norman J. Sanchez, 25, of Ossining, faces charges of fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.
Ossining police with the assistance of Greenburgh police executed a search warrant at Sanchez's Terrace Avenue home Feb. 1 after a joint investigation into narcotics dealing, said Ossining police Lt. William Sullivan.
Police said they found marijuana, MDMA and psychedelic mushrooms. Marijuana plants were growing in the residents and bags of marijuana were also found.
Sanchez has a prior narcotics arrest pending in Ossining Court, Sullivan said.
He was sent to Westchester County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
