Ossining Cops: Man Driving With High Blood Alcohol Count, Hazards On

Hazard Lights DWI

A South Street 34-year-old man was charged with driving while intoxicated after Ossining police observed him driving erratically with his hazard lights on North Highland.

Police on Nov. 7 after 1:10 a.m. tested his blood alcohol count and found it be .17, over twice the legal limit. He was booked and released with a court date.

An Ossining 46-year-old woman was observed by police going through a stop sign on Ellis Place on Dec. 5 at 10:45 a.m.  Police found her to be driving with a suspended unlicensed as well and charged her with aggravated unlicensed in the third.

Cocaine Arrest

One Williams Street resident and one Waller Avenue resident were seen by police doing something suspicious in a parked car.

Police found the two to have cocaine in their possession – two small bags, Lt. William Sullivan said – and charged them with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh. They were released with a court date.
