arrested Timothy Bryant, age 20, of Yonkers for Burglary in the second Degree, a class C felony. Mr. Bryant was apprehended inside 43 North Malcolm Street in Ossining after a witness reported seeing someone climb through the window of the house at about 8 a.m. Tuesday morning.The home is currently listed for sale.
Officers arrived, secured the perimeter of the house and after a search of the inside, discovered Mr. Bryant in an upstairs bedroom lying on the floor under a sheet. Officers quickly took him into custody. He was arrested, processed and is currently awaiting arraignment before the Town of Ossining Court.
