North Malcolm Crash Sends Two to Phelps
The March 5 accident took place near the Victoria Home in Ossining.
An 80-year-old Yorktown man was taken to Phelps Memorial Hospital Center after a 2-car accident on North Malcolm Street yesterday afternoon.
Police said the man was leaving the Victoria Home at about 1:20 p.m. March 5 when his car was hit by another vehicle driven by a 49-year-old Ossining woman.
After the impact the man's car shot across North Malcolm, hit a curb and a stone wall and flipped over.

He had to be extracted from the car by members of the Ossining Fire Department and emergency responders.
Both drivers were taken to Phelps by the Ossining Volunteer Ambulance Corps.
