Cops arrested 21-year-old Ollie Holmes, who lives on State St., and charged him with marijuana possession and endangering the welfare of a child. Also arrested during the August 23 incident was 19-year-old John Perkaj and 18-year-old Matthew Dusablon, who both live on South Highland Ave. The five juveniles who were with the adults were released to their parents.
