Man Robbed at Knife-Point at Ossining's Dunkin' Donuts

A man was robbed at knife-point in the parking lot of Ossining's Dunkin' Donuts store.

Ossining's Finest are searching for two men who robbed a Hopewell Junction man at knifepoint. Here is the Ossining Police Department's description of the incident:

A resident of Hopewell Junction reported that on Monday, April 4, he had agreed to meet a person he contacted through Craig’s List at the Dunkin’ Donuts on South Highland Avenue in Ossining in order to purchase two virtual “party hats” for the software game Runescape. He brought one thousand dollars cash to the meeting in order to make the purchase. He agreed to meet the party known to him as “Jeff” at 11:30 in the morning. When he arrived at Dunkin' Donuts he saw “Jeff”, described as a male Hispanic of about 5’ 10” height, stocky weight with short dark colored hair. Jeff had a laptop under his arm and got in the victim’s car. While Jeff appeared to be attempting to turn on the laptop, a second male Hispanic about 5’8” approached the victim’s car from the driver’s side and put a knife to his throat. Jeff then told the victim to remain calm and to turn over his wallet, cell phone and cash. The victim complied and both men fled the area on foot. The victim reports he lost $1,150 dollars in cash along with his cell phone valued at around six hundred dollars. The Ossining Police are investigating.
