Erratic Driver Had Suspended License: Croton Police

A Putnam County man faces charges in Croton village court.

Roland J. Brickhouse, 25, of Patterson, NY is due in Croton Village Court on April 30 to answer a charge of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor.

Police stopped a car on the southbound side of Route 9 at 2:20 a.m. March 23 for a moving violation—the officer on patrol said it was being driven too close to cars in front of it.

Brickhouse was the driver, police said.

He was taken to Police Headquarters and released on $100 bail. He was also issued a summons for driving too close.

There were three passengers in the car; none had current drivers licenses, so they called a taxi to get to Peekskill.
