DWI Arrest on Ossining's Snowden Ave.

The following police blotter was written and produced by the Ossining Police Department.

Terri James, of Snowden Avenue, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated on November 13 at about 8 PM.  She was stopped while operating a vehicle with an expired inspection sticker on Spring Street and the investigating officer discovered she appeared to be intoxicated.  She was arrested, processed and later released on an appearance ticket.

Pedro Mejia, of Ossining, age 30, was arrested for a domestic incident involving his girlfriend and her mother that occurred in July at 26 Ann Street, in Ossining. Mr. Mejia surrendered himself to police on an appearance at the Ossining Village Court on November 15, 2011. He was charged with Harassment in the Second Degree a violation and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a misdemeanor.

On November 10 at 8:37 AM Ossining Police were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Linden Avenue and Clinton Avenue. Two motor vehicles and third parked vehicle were involved in the collision. Ossining Police officers learned that one of the motorists, Lillian Orellana, was driving without a license and was issued a citation for the offense.  The second motorist, Rosa –Lazo Coronel was driving with a suspended license and was also issued a ticket.
Ms.Orellana’s vehicle was struck by Ms.Coronel’s vehicle and Ms.Orellana’s vehicle then struck the parked vehicle.
