Those charged in connection with a big, underage drinking party in Ossining will be in court today. A 17 and a 19-year-old are charged in connection with the underage party. If you're a resident, today is the deadline for the second installment of your property taxes. In case you have to make a payment in person, the payments go to the Village's Finance Department, which is located on the 2nd floor of the Croton Avenue municipal building. The office opens up at 9 a.m. and closes at 4:30 p.m. A last-minute payment can also be made today on the village's website. If you're mailing a check, it will have to be postmarked today.
