Village police received two calls at 12:38 p.m. Dec. 1 that a man and woman lying on the floor at Bagels on Hudson were scaring customers.
The man and woman appeared very intoxicated or high, the callers told police.
The officers who responded determined the pair's welfare was in jeopardy and called Croton Emergency Medical Services for basic support. They were transported to Phelps Memorial Hospital Center in Sleepy Hollow by ambulance.
