UPDATE 10:15AM: Traffic beginning to move again on 287 eastbound.

You will want to avoid 287 eastbound right now. An accident in White Plains is causing traffic to become backed up all the way to Tarrytown. Officials say two of 287's eastbound lanes are completely blocked.
