Yoga & Organic Tasting Demo at Croton Earth Day!

Susan Chasen - The Organic Teaching Kitchen, Kristy Cohen, CYT, M.Ed, and Elisha Simpson, RCYT (yogasol/laughing heart yoga) will be offering a yoga and tasting demo from 11-12pm for our NEW and exciting summer camp - FIT from WITHIN!  
This will be a camp offered for one week only this summer for ages 5 -12yrs old, where kids will cultivate and be educated in organic, healthy cooking and eating classes while exploring nature through nurturing, creative movement classes!  Come and see us tomorrow for a fun demo, information and some yummy organic, gluten free smoothies by Susan!! ; )
