We need a Barnes & Noble! No place around here to buy books.

Nice for those who live nearby but don't have transportation. I do wonder, however, how many "drug stores" we really need.

I'm with you Mr Barker. I go to DrugMart in MIllwood, because I refuse to have CVS fill (and mess up) a script for my family.. not to mention waiting in long lines there. SUPPORT LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS'

Agreed. Bring back the days of small business. Large corporations in our town only take our towns money and take it elsewhere instead of recirculating it in our local economy.

I patronize Hudson Pharmacy on Spring Street for my prescriptions. It is locally owned. The owners and employees know their customers and are responsive to the needs of the Ossining community with an emphasis on those that have difficulty walking have other aging conditions. I find that the chain drugstores like CVS are quite impersonal and their cookie-cutter designs demonstrates that these large corporations are not the least bit intune with their surroundings. If you have seen one CVS or Walgreens you have seen them all.
