Stop the Demolition of the historic Ossining Boat and Canoe Club

Please show up at the Ossining Library at 6:30pm on Tuesday to save the Ossining Boat and Canoe Club!!!  In my opinion, Sue Donelly is trying her best to have the historic Ossining boat and canoe club demolished to make way for a high end restaurant.  The only person in Ossining that wants this restaurant is Sue Donelly and her cronies.  She will get her way unless the citizens of Ossining stand united at the town hall meeting on Tuesday.  This historic building has stood for nearly one hundred years and in that time has become a cornerstone of the Ossining waterfront.  Sue is destroying not only a historic building, but a way of life that has spanned many generations.  There is no doubt in my mind that the "revitalized" waterfront that Sue envisions will cater solely to the wealthy and cut off average Ossining residents from direct access to the waterfront.  This scenario has played itself out up and down the Hudson river.  Don't let it happen to Ossining!  Please show up and prevent Sue from getting her way.  This is not a dictatorship, but a democracy.  Show up with everyone you know so the town board cannot ignore their constituancy!  Thank you!
