The Ossining Fire Department marched in the annual Yorktown Fireman's Parade last night, and brought back five trophies. As departments march down the road, judges inspect the marchers and the apparatus. Ossining's awards included best color guard, best engine (Engine 100), best aerial (Ladder 41), best rescue (Rescue 14) and the top prize — best overall.
The band that marched with the OFD, St. Peter's Drum Corps of Connecticut, won best band.
