Visiting Hours are Today for Barbara Brady

Barbara E. Brady, a lifetime resident of Ossining, passed away on Nov. 26, 2012. She was 86.

Barbara was born in Ossining on Oct 9, 1926 and was the daughter of Walter B. and Helen E. (Dorner) Cummings.

Barbara was a graduate of Ossining High School, class of 1944 and a graduate of St. Vincent's School of Nursing 1947.

Barbara was a school nurse for the Ossining School system for 22 years and a parishioner of St. Augustine's Parish.

Barbara is survived by her children, Barbara Camilli of Somers, John (Linda) of Mahopac, brothers Walter (Sylvia), Edward (Ann) Cummings; her grandchildren Andrea, Alexandra and Kevin Camilli and Sean and Ryan Brady.

She was predeceased by her husband John, her brother Robert and sister Anne D'Uva. She will be remembered for her love of family and quick smile. She will be cherished always in our hearts.

Visiting hours will be held 2-4 and 7-9 pm Thursday at Dorsey Funeral Home.

The Funeral Mass is Friday at 11am at St. Augustine Church. Interment will follow at St. Augustine Cemetery in Ossining.
