Marion E. Stahl , a lifelong resident of Ossining, passed away Monday, January 7, 2013. Marion was born in Ossining on November 12, 1927 and was the daughter of the late Emil & Loretta (Conry) von Hasseln. Marion was 85.
Marion attended local schools and graduated from Ossining High School in 1945. After graduation she was employed with NY Central Railroad YMCA and Crucible Steel. In 1966 she was employed by the Village of Ossining Clerk’s Office and retired as the Village Clerk on September 2, 1991. She was a communicant of St. Ann’s Church.
She was predeceased by her daughter Patricia Cito on July 27, 2007 and her husband Warren on February 1, 2010.
Visiting hours will be held Thursday from 4-7pm at Dorsey. The Funeral Mass will be held Friday at 10:00 am at St. Ann’s Church. Interment at St. Augustine’s Cemetery.
