Barbara DiRito, 74, of Ossining: 'Extremely Full of Life'
She worked for Chemical/Chase Bank for many years and was a member of the Columbus Lodge #695; she loved to dance, travel and spend time with friends and family.

Barbara DiRito of Ossining died Jan. 25, 2014, she was 74. She was born Sept. 20, 1939 in Ossining to Peter & Irene Callahan Florian.
Barbara worked for Chemical/Chase Bank for many years. She was a member of the Columbus Lodge #695. Barbara loved to dance, travel and spend time with friends & family. She was extremely full of life and loved to be around people.
She was pre-deceased by her husband Donald who died Nov. 14, 2012. She is survived by her son Paul (Jesse) of Ossining, daughter Marlene Maccarrone (Joe) of Mohegan Lake, grandchildren Nicole, Alyssa, J.T., Liam, Emma and brother Peter Florian.
She will be reposing Tues. 2-4 & 7-9pm at Leach & Thomas, Inc. 32 State St. Ossining. Mass of Christian Burial Wed. 10am at St. Ann’s Church, burial St. Augustine’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital appreciated.
