Croton & Ossining's WDFH: Upcoming Sessions On The Record

Schedule of upcoming performances from Sessions on The Record at WDFH.

Since restarting our Sessions On The Record series at earlier this year, we've had six amazing groups in the studio: The Yayas, Hope Machine, KJ Denhert, Claudia Jacobs, Starnes & Shah and The Folkadelics.  We hope to have many more in the coming months.

Here's what the upcoming broadcast schedule looks like:

Wednesday March 7th at 9:00PM:

A rebroadcast of Claudia Jacobs' performance.  Claudia has a storied history of pefrforming in Greenwich Village during its golden era where she shared stages with some of the greatest singer songwriters of all time.  She manages to combine those experiences with a dose of real life on her new album Rally On!  Tune in to hear her passionate and expressive songs and listen to her conversation with WDFH's own Vinny Cohan.  Finf out where to get the new album at her site: Claudia Jacobs

Tuesday March 13th at 9:00PM:

The Folkadelics in their WDFH debut.  The Folkadelics blend seemingly disparate influences such as Metallica, Nickel Creek and Sublime to create a wholly new sound that is guaranteed to make you move.  I hope you enjoy listening to the broadcast as much as we did in the studio.  They are in the process of recording a new album and if you'd like to help support that process you can get more information at their site: The Folkadelics

Wednesday March 14th at 9:00PM

A rebroadcast from our longtime friends Starnes & Shah.  Join Dania, Zilpha Nick and Scott as they grace our studio with beautiful vocal harmonies and quirky folk pop from their latest album Red Brick Tide.  Take a look at their site for more information on the album and where they're playing next: Starnes & Shah
