Croton & Ossining's WDFH: Underwriting Opportunities

WDFH has underwriting opportunities for local businesses.  Underwriting is a way to lend financial support to the station and to show our listeners that you care about keeping public radio alive in this area.  We go beyond public radio and are branded as community public radio because of our strong connection with this part of Westchester County.

Our in house news programs don't cover events in LA, Boston or New York City, they don't even cover White Plains.  In Focus and Eyes On Westchester cover events and topics that directly relate to Croton and Ossining as well as the surrounding towns.

This week on In Focus for example Vinny Cohan spoke with Gazette owner/publisher/reporter Gary Cahill about the following recent events in downtown Ossining. 

The Village of Ossining has designated 66 land parcels, including 42 buildings, as part of the Downtown Ossining Historical Architecture and Design District.  The designation will help facilitate improvement funding and loans for the properties and will strengthen the village's ability to guide development in these areas consistent with the surrounding architectural and aesthetic landscape.
