Raising Money for the Mangialardi Children through Laughter

John Mangialardi, who was placing his Ossining Town Judge campaign signs along Route 9A when he was struck and killed by a drunk driver in September, was survived with a wife and two daughters. One is in college and the younger other goes to school here. The community is reaching out to help secure their futures and education with an upcoming comedy benefit.

Writes a friend and colleague, "While John was an excellent lawyer and would have made a great local judge, he was not a person of means. His family can surely use the financial help this will provide. It is something to consider."

An All-Star Comedy Fundraiser will be held Tuesday at 8 p.m. (doors open at 7:15 p.m.) at the Anne M. Dormer Middle School on Van Cortlandt Avenue in Ossining. No reservations are necessary; $50 donation suggested with checks made payable to Arlene Mangialardi.
