Professor Louie & the Crowmatix will take the stage at the Budarz Theater as the Words & Music Concert Series presented by TD Bank continues its spring concert season on Sunday, April 27th at 2:00pm.
The Words & Music series brings well known singer-songwriters and recording artists to the Library’s 200-seat Budarz Theater for free Sunday afternoon concerts. Doors open at 1:30 and seating is on a first come, first served basis.
Professor Louie & The Crowmatix is a Woodstock based group that came into existence preparing songs for Aaron “Professor Louie” Hurwitz' studio productions for the Rock'n'Roll Hall of Fame group The Band. They have eight studio CD's and two live recordings on The Woodstock Records label, including their 2010 release, Whispering Pines, which received five Grammy nominations.
