African Heritage Presentation

Ossining Public Library, Neighbor

Presenter Rita Wagener (Kabali) is a
native of Uganda, a country located on the Eastern side of the
African continent. Wanting to keep her culture alive, Rita has
started to share her roots with communities. Rita left her country
29 years ago, but she still loves to keep the culture, customs, and
beliefs of her people alive. In the presentation, Rita will take you
on a journey to Africa with the many fashions and dances of the
African heritage.
