White Plains Resident Charged with DWI in Ossining

Rosa Sanchez, 29, faces charges of speeding and driving while intoxicated in the village of Ossining.

The White Plains resident was stopped on North Highland Avenue at 3:10 a.m. Jan. 6 after an officer saw her speeding.

After Sanchez was stopped at Cedar Lane and North Highland, the officer conducted a breath test, which registered a .21 blood alcohol level.
