Also, thousands of Con Ed customers across northern Westchester are without power.
At 6:40 p.m. there were at least 9,381 customers without power in Peekskill and Cortlandt; another 9,931 in the Yorktown area; 3,288 in and around Chappaqua, Mount Kisco and Pleasantville; and 2,875 in Ossining.
