Demolition of North Highland Ave Office Building Well Underway
The luxury apartments taking advantage of the property's spectacular view of the Hudson River are about two years out.
Demolition is moving swiftly at 217 N. Highland Ave.
The building most recently housed BASF; before that the tenants included Englehardt and Mearl.
The 168 luxury apartments planned by AvalonBay Communities should be complete within two years, said Ossining village Planner Valerie Monastra.
