Ossining's Down to Earth Farmers Market - 70 degrees and sunny this Saturday, April 27th

Come learn what the sweet buzz is all about at Ossining's Down to Earth Farmers Market this Saturday! Hudson River Apiaries will be in attendance to supply all your local honey needs.

Also, in these early days of spring, we have a new green in season: broccoli rabe. This fresh vegetable is delicious when sauteed with a touch of garlic and butter. Serve it along side the many other temptations from the market: local meats, eggs, and fish, other seasonal produce, whole-grain breads, pickles, and amazing baked goods.

All of the vendors at the market are community-scale businesses who work in the Hudson Valley region. Ossining's Down to Earth Farmers Market takes place every Saturday, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, at the corner of Spring and Main Streets.
