People have told us that they are amazed at our dramatic weight loss and that they believe something more significant has happened in our life. It has! It is a personal renaissance.

A renaissance is a rebirth, a revival, a renewal. We have been asked to share our story and our secrets. Our transformation comes from the synergy of our food and we have developed a simple, comprehensive way to achieve it.

It is possible for you to create your own personalized, enjoyable and sustainable way to get the nutrition you need to provide the energy you require on a daily basis. It can be interesting and inspiring.

Our culinary journey began without expectations and we experienced what the body could do when given the energy it requires. After years of commitment to stay focused on this endeavor and with the encouragement of our family and friends, we have developed an innovative approach, which we call, “Our New World of Food.”

We do not focus on weight loss. We focus on nutrition and make it enjoyable and relevant to daily life. For us, our balance of nutrition creates a source of daily energy. Many people have indicated that they are finding it difficult to get the energy they need throughout the day. It is not about being thin. Many thin people have explained that they really do not have good nutrition and that they rely on excess caffeine, nicotine or other stimulants to get through the day.

Finding a sustainable approach to food has eluded millions of people throughout the world. For many, it has been an insurmountable challenge in their life at every age, size, shape and weight. Food is one of the most immediate and often overlooked opportunities to positively affect daily health and well-being. If you are not aware of your approach to food, you are operating by default. When food is part of a healthy lifestyle, it is just an enhancement of your regular activity. Getting your daily energy just becomes part of a sustainable routine. Your body gets accustomed to delicious and nutritious food and signals its approval.

That is part of the breakthrough. It can be a wonderful opportunity to help you to achieve your goals in the real world, even with a busy schedule and stressed life. Getting the energy you need can lead to a natural increase in activity and exercise.

Food can be a universal language of friendship. Our approach to food seeks to honor many traditions. Many cultures express love and friendship, by gathering together around a meal, festival or feast. Wonderful traditions are shared in all parts of the world. The cultural exchange spans the generations and enriches everyone.

For years, we have empowered people by sharing information, quotes, poetry and motivational speaking. We hope you will be able to take charge of your food choices and live each day as an opportunity to enjoy food for better health.
